To keep using broken ladders because they didn’t want to order new ones.
To Call a black truck driver to return to the store because an old lady racist didn’t want her fridge delivered by a black person. They then sent a white team out. Manager was fired. And no I didn’t make the call. But he did.

I had documented proof that the install department was intentionally not calling my customers for over 60 days. I was doing all of their followup. When I brought it to management's attention they asked me to apologize to the team for making them feel bad because they're hard workers.

I have cleaned up dead mice, one that had exploded and left a 'hazmat' bloody mess. Then I was asked to k–l 4 mice stuck to cruel glue boards.
Department supervisor asked three other associates and myself if we could reach under the trash hopper and "manually" adjust it back onto its tracks. All while it was suspended from the forklift. Needless to say, that manager no longer works here. (No we didn't actually do it either)
