I work for a store that is closing in the next few months and I’m sick over the severance package. I’ve been with JCP for 15 years and all I get is 2 weeks total ! Not 2 weeks per year just 2 weeks ! W T F Also we all get $300 extra for staying on until the end. What a travesty.

$350 for retention bonus, yet they can’t find a way to fulfill proper severance arrangements? You’ve obviously been a dependable employee and shown your loyalty for many years. Time to start thinking about yourself.
Same. I've been with the company for over 32 years and get NOTHING for severance! But I will receive a whopping $450 for my retention bonus. JUST SO WRONG!! So glad I stayed so loyal to a company that in the end screwed me over...NOT!!

@hvx+1akXcRAd Full time supervisor spot. Before JCP sold out they should have negotiated for remaining employees severence knowing what stores would be closing.
