Wow! I knew there was some underlying jealousy and resentment of management by some of those that had trouble getting promoted, but you can almost hear the teeth gnashing in some of these posts.
SImple. The professionals don't work at Oxy, don't fool yourself or others.
Why can’t you people who lack ethics just go away and leave the work force to the professionals who actually care about doing a good job.

Being an Eagle Scout is awesome. Moving forward always requires the employee to show a value add to management. This hasn't changed in the 40 years I've been looking for and developing the grease. Good intentions are fine, making money is honey. Good Luck!
