Rumors about CBG? No growth, no NPIs…

It's the leadership that needs to go in CBG. They are completely clueless of their business groups. Karina is okay, but I don't think she asks the people that directly report to her any hard questions or holds any of them accountable. For some of the simplest NPI projects leadership puts up walls of unnecessary red tape. I understand ideas need to be vetted, but as a company we hinder our own growth.
Vale leading lbo?

I heard there are some on-going exercise. But the leadership has signed non disclosure, so couldn't divulge much.
