I can out-do you! I'm a non-binary and I'd like to be a dog, I mark my scent in every office I visit and HR said I'm good. I'm glad this company finally understands me. We don't need to sell vehicles, we just to fire everyone that doesn't' like me.

I got hired to Ford September 2022 right after y'all SIRP. And I'm already promoted to a LL6.
Things is great here. Finally a company that UNDERSTAND what it's like for all their employees. They made it more fair to all us groups.
There was a time in this here country when certain groups did the brunt of the work while another groups got all the credit and spoils. Now we are back to that way of life - it's just that you people find y'all on the wrong end of the whip. You ain't had no problems with it before so why start now?
I hope things stay the way they is. It's looking great for so many people nowadays.

Mr Farley said that we were way behind our competition when it came to DEI. Since then, we have really built up our DEI numbers and have been getting stronger and stronger as a result.
