Literally, if SMB adds are sooooo important to leadership, fix the system! No wonder why business numbers are tanking. Nobody is bopping becuase they want to finish a transaction, rather than shrug their shoulders and the sale walks. KEEP IT IN CONSUMER ACCOUNT! DONT EVEN TRY BUSINESS.

I've played free games that are more intuitive than out systems. Customer are shocked daily as our systems done live up to the standards of our network. Hire a game company... let them rebuild the system so its friendly, intuitive and just simply works.
There’s no basic “ flow” like legacy! It’s an absolute disgrace when things you could do in 10 mins takes 30 or 45 minutes or longer to a clientele you’ve been coddling for years. It’s amazing how many business accounts I go into that don’t have 5 lines anymore or disconnected the lines like one talk, hum, even tablets

Everything about 360 is bad. Support from Core is horrible for business accounts. The ivory towers are up 8n the clouds. In the past I respected T.E. but she has really let the front line suffer from her bad leadership
