Here',s what I found on the Ford.com web site for jobs regarding LL5

It depends on whether they came in as an LL5 (an experienced hire) or rose from an FCG at 2%/year raises. 50k or so difference between the two at the same pay grade.

well its public knowledge if you do a quick google search you can get a base range of what they make. Go the 6th page of the PDF starting Pay for LL5 in 2024 was 135K and 256K

GSR5 max is higher than LL6 min on the Ford Canada grid, has been for years
@hb+1jnsph9gk, GSR6 and LL6 comparison is different than what you said which was that a GSR5 could earn more than LL6, those salary ranges do not cross over even is the GSR5 is HTHD and LL6 isn't. The GSR7/8 definitely have cross over as we don't really support a tech stream as much as HR likes to say we do, we just keep paying good technical GSR7/8 more. Mostly because if we put them in a tech leadership role, we get nailed on ratio when it comes time for layoffs.

It also shows LL5 ranges. Gr 7 and 8 max is above the min LL5.

Yes, bands for LL6/GSR# are published on Life@Ford!
The LL5 I know told me he he made $165k and that his bonus target was $45k.

Pay bands are available on Life at Ford. Go look and you’ll see that the pay bands are huge and overlap a lot. An LL6 who’s been at ford for 20 years can easily be making more than a junior LL5
