Alvind and Krabanaugh aren’t worried
They were gifted all those shares.

It’s not like those 2 Fat b0zos had to pay out of pocket

Stock is heading back under $200. There was no substance to the runup over last 18 months. Just BS hype about AI and Quantum but same fundamentals.

One last thing, and these folks when they sc--w up they get a HUGE payoff and bonus for it.... plus 5+ years of mediocre.

"and the IBM stock keeps dropping every week (weak sales results somewhere ??) ......this doesn't bode well for Alvind, the Pipmunks and the investors in the long or short term."

"Contrast the performance of IBM shares with Microsoft and Meta shares and how those two companies are doing today ?"

PRECISELY what I was humbly trying to say!! Yes!

Alvind just got lucky. Very lucky. When he got in the market was pretty much 'money going around looking for opportunity', there was COVID and tech stocks were all hyped and booming over inflated (generally speaking).

NOW, investors, shareholders, whatever you want to call it or include in the list of scrutiny, are way more cautious, very cautions, and more serious about bottom line, profitability, margins, a real strategic plan moving forward... all of that.

Alvind doesn't have a clue (sorry to say) and it shows (sorry to say). It's almost as if he's throwing s#$%t at the wall and waiting to see what sticks. When he talks (the video here and other public interventions) the dude doesn't show command, if you will.

IMHO, he lasted for way too long, 5+ years is more than enough. BUT, BUT, BUT, there was money, not to much due diligence, not much 'paying real attention', but now there is or will be or has to be....

Capital moves quickly, always to the next shinny thing, "not shining here, but hey, shining over there, let's go, oh, and bye bye, over here..." Sorry for the simplicity, but it's just how it is... capital moves, no mercy.

@h6 and the IBM stock keeps dropping every week (weak sales results somewhere ??) ......this doesn't bode well for Alvind, the Pipmunks and the investors in the long or short term. It's time for more of the US bigwigs to be shown the door perhaps ? Money talks, BS walks.

Contrast the performance of IBM shares with Microsoft and Meta shares and how those two companies are doing today ? IBM shares are slip sliding away...Alvind should be also.

I hear you.

My take:

Arvind has been bs'ing since day one (a.k.a. April 2020)> Back then there was significant money going around looking to investment in the next big, shinny thing.

He got lucky as TONS of stocks got overpriced. A lot of CEOs (to be fair) benefitted from market conditions, and NOT because of what they were doing. Arvind is not the worst, bur among the worst.

Market is correcting. Let's see what happens.

You can do better than that as an IBM employee. Watch it once and claim 3 hours of Think40 credits for all the pompous and tedious BS that Alvind spouts in the video. After all, it's an as--ult on your hearing and intelligence by old "monkey face".

And if you get laid off during the course of the year, you can always claim a bonus from HR for watching the "self paced" AI innovation and it's updates. Unfortunately, there are no free hoodies that IBM is giving away (IBM cost controls by Krapanaugh)

If I'm an employee and I watch this video, can I manually log it to claim THINK40 credit? If so, that would soften the impact of viewing.

Shareholders are only interested in the stock price; IBM stock has done well since the CEO took over

I really, really, really don't understand how shareholders can be happy with him. Really don't get it.
