I got hired to Ford after SIRP as a Expert. And I'm already promoted to a LL6 AND became a LL5 in February!

Things is great here. Finally a company that UNDERSTAND what it's like for all their employees. They made it more fair to all us groups.

There was a time in this here country when certain groups did the brunt if the work while another groups got all the credit and spoils. Now we are back to that way of life - it's just that you people find y'all on the wrong end of the whip. You ain't had no problems with it before so why start now?

I hope things stay the way they is. It's looking great for so many people nowadays.

Maybe y'all should try taking a knee before NASCAR races to drum up some attention for your cause..

Tech Experts are cover up positions to secure engineers from lay offs. They never get stripped from any cycles by the way.

Don’t forget there is new wave of fancy titles like SMEs been introduced. Not to mention, they don’t know jack sh-t, every time you ask them questions, either they go mute or rattle some nonsense and walk away. Yet are call subject matter experts for some reason. Where are we headed?

Why do we need tech experts when you can just ask AI a technical question and it spits out the answer immediately?

On the other hand maybe the real life tech expert is overworked and/or didn't see your technical question as quickly as you would like.
