I got hired to Ford after SIRP as a Expert. And I'm already promoted to a LL6 AND became a LL5 in February!

Things is great here. Finally a company that UNDERSTAND what it's like for all their employees. They made it more fair to all us groups.

There was a time in this here country when certain groups did the brunt if the work while another groups got all the credit and spoils. Now we are back to that way of life - it's just that you people find y'all on the wrong end of the whip. You ain't had no problems with it before so why start now?

I hope things stay the way they is. It's looking great for so many people nowadays.

Maybe y'all should try taking a knee before NASCAR races to drum up some attention for your cause..

OP did you confuse tech support with tech experts?! I would get disturbed when some dude would call me asking sh-t that they should know as part of their role, like dude!!! You’re the tech anchor 🤦‍♂️. Really annoyed me the grift was going on here. Don’t forget the part where you’d get dragged in while trying to focus on your work, on “chance” you can help in totally random and unrelated things to your SME focus- no questions.. just real time availability. Like huh? First instinct should NOT be to ask an SME. It should be ask yourself! We are not google! SME is not your standby chamber of secrets to do YOUR JOB. Always gotta scheme. DO YOUR JOB.

They have no experience , got their PhDs because they could not find a job earlier (failures of the real world) but managed to get into Ford by "fortune".
