“It’s not DEI, it’s just my DEI hire leadership reimagining my role to Hyderabad”.

It’s DEI. Next-level COPE.

Tis not about DEI. we work for woman in service group, she DEI. non stop emails and teams nuts. problem is she is remaingining us from NYC. look at previous posts. never in office always zoom and from Citi. Read all past thread, this not DEI. This McKinsey, Citi and NYC. 11 years for this place now a person who is working home all time is ending our life.

Meh this is googly mook. EJ is on the DEI train but that’s now why the layoffs are happening. This article mostly talks about FAs. The home office is poorly managed with entire departments that shouldn’t exist. Most of the newly hire “diverse” people in HO are more qualified than most of the firm it you look at their backgrounds. Can’t blame them for mismanagement and a nothing burger transformation that’s been going on since I joined 7 years ago.

@h5+1jr4gh5p6 gets their news from ‘The Atlantic’ and ‘The New York Times’. Don’t blame them. They slurp up fake news. Back to reading the ‘Washington Post’ on the steps of your Brownstone.

Kick your feet up on Long Island. You’re still a massive id--t. I KNOW you’re ignorant.

Sure you didn’t, pal. Good one. The only thing you “know” about diversity is what your grand orange tu-d bloviates about. Show me on this doll where DEI caused your last needs improvement.
Cope… always projection with your type. Good luck with your RIF, Kenny.

They said it themselves. Leadership doesn’t want the opinions of internal candidates. They want outsider opinions. It’s the literal definition of diversity.

Rant more about bigotry or whatever other nonsense that helps you COPE…I didn’t bother reading it.

“Cope.” Lol. Ranting about the DEI boogeyman in every post isn’t going to prevent a well qualified minority and/or woman from taking a job from your privileged ar-e.

As a leader at the firm, I 100% agree with the previous poster. Leadership wildly mismanaged hiring with the DPM/Agile shift. There are people OF ALL RACES AND GENDERS that should have never been hired in the first place. I only hope that all of the GPs responsible are reimagined as well… along with Mr. Cope.

Your whole ideology is based on bigotry. Having evaluated associates for decades, I know your type. Chronic under-performer, always scrutinizing and bringing down others as an attempt to prop up your sh!t performance and poor attitude. Try some accountability and learn a few things.
