@ha Speak up about stolen credit? You’ll get “coaching” on teamwork. Ask why your promotion didn’t process? They’ll tell you it was a misunderstanding. Get retaliated against? They’ll label it “perception issues". But the Ford family is winning because they pick the people to harm selectively! The “development” model is just free staffing. Try to rotate out and suddenly your move gets blocked, or your reputation gets poisoned behind closed doors. “You’re too valuable here” means “we own you". They use the Ford last name and heritage as moral cover while grinding people down in ways no “family” ever would. That contradiction is part of the gaslight. HR and management deliberately keep people misclassified. Farley wants cheap controllable labor, not someone they can’t exploit. Bill Ford’s “stones” weren’t surprises, everyone already knew the problems. What they call “discovery” is just selective blindness until it’s politically safe to point a finger.

@h0 the ford family entrusts him with billions in assets, you not trusting him with a menial sum is laughably poor judgement

Ford has been sending American jobs over to other countries and hiring H1B's for sometime. Wake up!!!

Society is being forced into EV infrustruture that only benefits big business and the elite.

Can't wait for the sheep to figure out there's problems when there's brownouts or when vehicle is commanded to not function because of outside control.

Conspiracy? Such naive Imbeciles.
