Badge in rates are abysmal. Latest from the exec committe is that 6, maybe 9, buildings will be up for sale after the clean out and consolidation. No RTP isn’t closing, just downsizing to save money.

Good real estate is a huge expense, should be doing it in San Jose as well

Of course it is. When you take away people's dedicated desk, and provide "hybrid" desks that have obsolete 19 - 22" monitors w/ VGA cables (maybe) and make employees carry keyboards, mice/trackpads, power bricks, and a variety of cables and dongles/docking station to find some random desk to work at, who wants to go into the office.
I might go in once in a month, and I'm there to do the task/meeting I went in for and then I'm out of there. I'll flex time my commute time and get real work done the rest of the day from home.
What of Lawrenceville???
IKR. It needed to close yrs ago. My team moved all our servers out of the small data center that hosted them back in '15 & '16.
WPR pretty much confirmed this a couple of weeks back with in an email about site consolidation or whatever.

@gyh+1jp1atDE I'm here now... where are you? Do you live here?
Cool. Sounds like i am safe in building 10 for now then. i have all of the 3rd floor to myself. Y'all should come by and say hello. Huzzah !
we still need buildings for all the cheap contractors. layoff full-time employees and replace them with contractors without benefits... I'll get the popcorn ready
You don't need a bunch of buildings to lay people off. Can be done with a phone.
LOL! thank you - that is exactly what i needed this morning.
not only RTP, I heard they are going to shut down ALL buildings
commercial real estate is f#%ed.
