Just heard rumors, that post March or early May Tools team will trimmed of fat.
Not sure, it true or not.

This is true for the entire firm. They are hoping a lot of people will resign after bonus and whatever extra fat they find will be trimmed. It likely won’t be mass layoffs to avoid the publicity. Schwab does smaller layoffs year round.

Most groups will see continued trimming. Whether the highlight anticipated and desired trimming of the Tools team occurs will be subject to prayer and planning.
We know that there will be reductions and that they are going to avoid another large round unless the street will be receptive to it. But there will be small ones and quarterly. And terminations for made-up-cause.
