When are layoffs coming?
Who will the layoffs effect?
Will they be just for Morgan or will the other newly purchased companies (like Etrade) be included?

My sense is when market finally crashes/corrects, they won’t have to lay off the usual number of people and pay severance because they will already be in the process of denying employment to unvaccinated and not having to pay severance or unemployment (company pays unemployment). So it’s a cleverly designed way to cut the workforce via attrition through people who deny the vaccine and therefore forfeit their job with no severance and no option to collect unemployment.
You really don’t need to be a rocket scientist to see how this is playing out. Slowly but surely, the unvaccinated are being cast out of society because they won’t get vaccinated.
My theory is eventually unvaccinated won’t be able to get medical or dental work because of the risk they bring by being unvaccinated.
I believe we should have a choice, but I also believe the unvaccinated are overreacting to everything. The fact is we are all going to have to make a decision soon. They are not to let unvaccinated work from home forever.

Covid is so 2020. You had the entire summer to get your vaccine. Now they have the lists. Those that will comply and those that won’t.
Now use logic and common sense…. Do you really think after all this they will make exceptions for unvaccinated. If you are that naive, I honestly don’t know what to say, and those unvaccinated will find out soon.
Do what you got to do, whatever’s best for you and your situation.
Many got vaccinated to keep a paycheck, nothing more. Many are staying unvaccinated under their beliefs and principles.
Divided we are now. Learn to adapt to the situation at hand because this is not going away.
Death and taxes are the only things certain for all of us. Everything else is based on life choices and good/bad decisions.
Some people just don’t want to be unemployed. So they got vaccinated. Life is now moving forward for them. But the unvaccinated have multiple roadblocks ahead for every aspect of their lives. It is what it is.
While everyone is bi-----g about RTO, these firms are getting the paperwork ready for the unvaccinated. That is why it’s so quiet. Calm before the storm.

Here is the answer you seek….
Everything will be fine, vaccinated will work alongside the unvaccinated in harmony and there will be no layoffs. Bonuses will be doubled and you will all get an extra week vacation added to your benefits. You can work from the beach, home, dog park, ski slopes, it really doesn’t matter, you will be happy and have everything you want.
It’s been my experience that when a rumor of layoff is abundant and I’m worried, it’s because I’m usually on list to get laid off. It’s happened to me twice. Just sayin.
Unvaccinated will get laid off. If you can’t see that, you are probably not that bright. They have given everyone ample time to get the jab. I know other big companies are doing the same. Get the jab or find another job.
It’s really not that difficult to see the writing on the wall. They want this vaccine in every arm.
