@grb..what?? do not recall too many women being impacted in my org. this was a golden opportunity for the leadership to get the gender diversity ratio fixed
I'm not old, my Dep. I knew 4 including me, 2 young, 2 old
Most people I know who got affected are older engineers and/or women.
I feel to decide who should stay or leave should be based on the cost performance ratio. Not just based on age or salary. So in an extreme case, if a seasoned engineer willing to receive lower pay to attain a higher cost performance ratio than NCG, then NCG might lose the competition.
How come there’s no media reports on the layoffs except IL?
I think at least one-two NCG from every team is laidoff in Flash
