Thread regarding SAS Institute layoffs

Still work at SAS?

I’m interested in seeing how many people on here still work at SAS and how many left SAS.

Honor system…
Thumbs up for still at SAS
Thumbs down for departed

Left in early 2021 for a MATANA/FAANG. I miss the campus, but overall, no regrets.

@xin+1rN5zOhV Thanks for being a sh-----d.

Yes, I want to see SAS burn. The rest of the world, not so much.

I’ve added a bunch of random upvotes and down votes. Some people just want to see the world burn.

@gqm+1rN5zOhV “But you're only going to see the net difference number, right?”

Were you implying something with that question?

We’ll also get a feel for size of this community. How many unique posters are there. Won’t be perfect but should be a solid indicator.

Still employed and working. I am of retirement age and am happy to stay on the payroll (unless offered an incentive (VRBP) to leave).
