I heard through the grapevine that senior leadership is deciding to cut back the bonuses for the 2024 year. They're blaming the 2024 company struggles as a reason for supporting the cut in bonuses.
The SVP team will not be included in the cutback. This was the last straw....I'm OUT!
There is so much toxicity in S&T and its DPA unit that unless serious leadership changes are implemented and incompetent, conniving SVPs and VPs leaders are removed the company will continue going downhill. Hard working employees are wasting their time navigating toxic S&T politics and chaos rather than actually delivering real value to Pepsico.
I hope all bonuses are reduced to 0%.

Clueless post on the Shyam / Athina comparison. One is extremely competent, the other isn’t. Read this message board the last 9 months gives a pretty good crowdsourced indication of which one isn’t.

@gnx+1vPKqesZ We all wish that sane leaders run the ship. Alas it’s the sh---y corporate world where fakeness rules. AK is running the ship aground. There’s so much confusion in S&T. The reorg further added to the miseries. Ways of working are total chaos. The company has been in a downward spiral ever since AK came onboard in 2019
Would be an absolute travesty if they get to keep their bonuses ! I would personally like to see a 75% reduction of SVPs, VPs, Sr Directors and Directors in S&T (Hyd and Plano)… there are too many of them useless talking heads running around parroting, trying hard to look important! BTW Shyam can take Athina to the cleaners on even an off day !! She’s a f’in joke for a CIO !
