I heard GM bonus was 200% meaning level 6 for example got 20% instead of regular 10%. Asking GM folks here is that true?

Aren't the temps just American slaves that GMs leadership uses to balance out their foe the UAW?
Im on the fence about doing the Temp-to-hire position at their Delta Plant in Lansing. I’m so afraid of the layoffs.
Sounds like a bait and switch. Talk about big bonuses without pointing out the fact that they are in no way guaranteed. That thiey doesn't mean you'll progress in your career and your salary will increase.
Sales are down; factories are shuttered; now this makes sense: the 11 jo--t ventures saved GM. 200% bonus for a bad year.

The very company that was American and sold to China.
@gmb+1fkSuFE8 Whatever tax bracket your in, my condolences, you oaf.
Joe Cullis is one of the poster names. Yep, that's the GM sense of humor. Always fighting companies people like better.
Ford doubled their profit sharing, still only a third of what we get. been like that for 10 years.
The formula is:
Your salary * gm team bonus * alloted level
60 kusd * 200% * 10% ( if level 6)
If bonuses will be paid at 200% for the next coming years because GM is on fire now then GM is the best company to work for for the next coming time.
40% goes to taxes the payouts are not life changing
Bonuses make up for stagnating wages.
Aweful lot of compensation posts on here have replys about how much better than Ford it is. I'm not saying it's all GM but it is pretty much their way of doing things...sleazy.
Yes it’s true. I am a lvl 7 and got 13% paid out at 200% (26%) bonus. I worked at Ford previously and am surprised how much higher my bonuses have been over the last several years.
