The right place for Cisco superheros!
Red badges are safe and it is impact to mostly blue badges with green cards and citizens
Please see some of the managers who were developers or lower grades in other companies somehow able to sneak into managerial positions in Cisco and have 50plus red badge reports. What kind of business delivery is this ? Sales/Sales IT have occean of red badges but still the Cisco sales are not expected where is the ROI ?
Fire the sales org or outsource to partners
