Any more management or executive level cuts?

After the field service manager cuts a week or so ago, I’m wondering if there will be any more cuts to management or executive level this year. Anyone have any reliable information? What about branch managers or other types of managers? This is for XBS by the way.

Same here @ghn+13dBfdV4, moving titles around to hide headcount correctly. Directors and Veep's will be gone by end of 2020. Rumor is 8:1 or 10:1 headcount to be remotely safe. Production.. even higher.

Which core in the north east lost 2 sales managers? How big were their teams?

Our core is realigning people, too. Taking our top directors and veeps and “demoting” them (same pay, I’m sure) so they can stay off big X’s radar. Wonder if that will work...

XBS in the Northeast eliminated 2 sales managers and we're on a hiring freeze. Core seems to be getting ahead of the cuts and realigning headcount to prevent too many casualties.

They still need to trim about half of the President's, none of the VP's are being replaced on a permanent basis, and they will look at geography and tenure when it comes to Branch managers vs Sales Managers. Production will take the biggest hit. XBS is labor heavy with Production reps and MGMT. XBS production coverage will go to the tiger model very soon and be spread out geographically.

Anyone know when this might be happening?

It's the beginning of the year, so yes.

When XBS and Direct are combined, teams will be consolidated and we will loose managers. Right now we can't share parts or service each other's equipment.

The 2nd level managers will be gone too as they no longer have teams.

There are still call centers to get rid of too.
