Reuters reported it 4 days before it happened ( for June 2023) but right now I see nothing

I always kept my desk pretty much cleaned out of personal stuff… when I had a desk. I kept stuff I might need in my car.
You have to work for Ford like any day could be your last. Always stay prepped (keep paystubs every pay period, keep a list of phone numbers for benefits information, keep your resume updated and ready to go, change all HR stuff to mailed and electronically delivered, etc.)
Ford has a business center in Hungary, India and Mexico. This is the area where all sorts of work is moving. I’m not seeing anything strange on calendars, but the company is good at keeping things quiet too. We will see.
When did F get a Hungary office? A lot of hiring there.

I heard a headcount reduction figure of 5,000 people from North America 🇺🇸 USA salaried. Woke JF’s Ford + Plan is in its 4th year of execution as white collar jobs in the United States are eliminated with the ramping up of 10,000 in India 🇮🇳 and 10,000 in Mexico 🇲🇽 and 5,000 in Brazil 🇧🇷. Our CEO publicly stated that we are untrainable. Sc--w him! Sad and wrong.
