Let’s all take a moment to thank our leadership for making the lowest mangers on the latter cut their direct reports bonuses next Spring. Then the board can point to your boss as to why you didn’t get paid out. Real leaders always make sure to run from responsibility.

The real test of a company’s fundamental strength is - It grows faster than the peers when the market is on a bull run and it falls lesser than the peers in the bear phase.
Let’s face is Medtronic is NOT that company.
It falls more when the market is bearish and gains little during the bull-run. It’s a sign of a very WEAK company.
The post started with how our bonuses are now being cut on a managers whim vs “company performance”. This change was made to hurt us all and will only cause resentment at the lowest levels of management vs the clowns running the show.
You asked for a solution? Fire Marta, we’ve had enough of paying out of pocket for his mismanagement while he flies around in our corporate jet drinking champagne.
Easy enough, please pass the message onto your boss in HR.
My experience is it isn't that good when it is good but most of the time it is bad.

It would appear that the HR and Comms people who “monitor” this board are now actively commenting… “you should be grateful for all the cr-p we’re feeding you”
So what’s your solution then? It’s easy to talk than to do action. Omar was a better leader according to you then? He was the one who created all the hot mess we are in and gave away all Profits to Shareholders rather than putting it back in the business. All the quality issues are coming up from his time.

If you are living under a rock I don’t blame you, but all medical device companies stocks are at or Near multi year lows, go look at JNJ, 3M, Abbott , BD, edwards etc. yes we are impacted much more bcoz of the hot mess left by previous grifter Omar.
