Is this guy for real?

Somebody posted that review on Glassdoor in 2020 and I can't stop laughing. Are you kidding me with this?

Employment at Disney is awful, and now worse than ever before with all the recent changes. On top of that, going to the parks is a horrible experience, cast members are not engaging, just stand around, no eye contact, nothing, and most of the CMs look like they just rolled out of bed (even the managers).

Funny, not my position either. Def not because he/she's an "unhappy" person. Maybe dangling my job with the catch of relocating across the country isn't a great motivator, maybe it's me.

Not mind, during Covid. Manager only called me one time, and that was to advice me not bother to apply for positions due to Disney's focus on hiring minorities, across the board and in our department.

Sounds like my experience as well. Are you perhaps just an unhappy person?
