Someone please correct my maths if I am completely wrong, but suppose IBM does get 3% of a $500B cloud market. That's $15B of declining margin business. Does not seem like very much to bet the company on.

Maybe they will start doing what they do with financials - that is, recategorizing all severity 1 as severity 2, so they can then claim "look no more severity 1 issues!"
