Stalking and surveillance calling it meaningful learning and management. When third parties took over the company and industry saying. They are driving technical debt things went astray. I'd look at leadership and the board conflicts of interest to see root cause. They all get promotions and big bonus. Remember that.

@fsx OR it could be a reflection of poor leadership who lacks the integrity to make good people better. OR the concept of a learning organization has failed as well.

I don’t care about this change, now SF will see how much more I do then other injury handlers. The problem I have, leadership won’t reward these extra efforts. Every move claims does is to punish people, never to reward or thank their handlers.
