@dp oh here we go with 'the boomers' posts. Some of you need a new schtick - whining about boomers, lack of snacks, RTO etc is tiresome to listen to. Go play Pokémon go on the campus or foosball with your mo--nic coworkers in the car on connect weeks, - that'll cheer you up

@kz well see if gen z was that much of an influence, wouldn’t we all at least been working remote again?

Boomers built Fidelity! Snowflakes and the DEI crowd are destroying it…along with HR.

And @fs, you’re definitely not getting one. Some of you have got to retire before that will ever happen again. Senior leadership said earlier this year that there isn’t going to be one because too many boomers are hanging around waiting for the handout. I can’t get more specific about who said that, but definitely someone who knows.

@fs If you love your job and are financially independent then why are you on here asking for a buyout so you can leave, ding-do-g?

@dp why would I just leave. I’m making great money at a great company and can do my job in my sleep.

VBO not in the works at the moment.

I am the all-knowing knower.

I have spoken.

Bury this topic FOREVER.

Literally the reason why no VBO this year is there are too many boomers hanging around. Financially it doesn’t make sense.

Just leave. After being here so long, if you’re not ready for a comfortable retirement, then you did a whole lot wrong. The VBO is not coming to save you.

Sorry but no new VBO. Too expensive and not necessary when management can get people to leave on their own by forcing relocation, etc. Even layoffs with severance is cheaper than a VBO.
