Mikey will go down in 3M history as the worst performing CEO ever.
The stock is down 55% from the all time high thanks in part to Mike's "leadership". To celebrate his last day as CEO, he announced that they're cutting the dividend. Way to stick that kn--e in and twist it around one last time, Mike!
Mikey will have his time tested sycophants telling him how good a job he has done navigating this ship through troubled waters....Covid, supply chain issues, head winds ....etc. to make the company leaner, more focused,...... and now all set for the future.
Meanwhile reality is 80% plus of 3M employees will remember him as the worst CEO ever in the history of this company who should have been shown the door by the board, perhaps 3 years ago !

I normally support a split ceo cob arrangement. But to keep the incompetent one on as cob is just plain d-mb. Shows how much control Roman has over the board (who apparently are blind to his poor leadership)

Roman (Ed Helms) spends the weekend with his 3 best friends that anyone could have.....Vale (Bradley Cooper) & Monish (Zach Galifianakis). Hilarity ensues as they search for Peter Gibbons (Justin Bartha).
Sadly, Roman won't be leaving completely. He'll still be chairman of the 3M board of directors, so his incompetence will continue to dog the company.
