After layoffs and reorg, I have this gut feeling that T&D (currently in SBM) will end up under I&O. Anyone have anything more concrete?

any update on tools team
Yes Tools and Data includes the Tools Team which manages developer apps. Also the remedy and clarity teams.
There's definitely going to be a layoff and subsequent reorg. Most likely T&D will get moved. My guess is that all of the applications will be moved out of SBM and more process teams will be moved into SBM like project management, risk management, etc. This is just a guess though based on past reorgs and conversations. If that happens your leadership will move too. Hang in there. Change is the only thing constant. There's going to be a lot of things happening very soon.
Is this same team which handles, bamboo, bitbucket , harness, GitHub and other tools? is that getting hit? which team/member are on target any idea?.
Tools and Data team delivers a lot of things. We are also working on Delivery Pipeline the future state of delivery at Schwab.
@fla+1p3Zzj51 It’s Les Schwabing time!!!
Thelayoff.com is the biggest tool. They aren't deleting my messages anymore.
Ya all are tools...
Why not?
No, Data can't go to DaRT
Yes, Data to DaRT and tools to IOC.
As long as the road in STS for getting a D after your name involves rolling out an enterprise-wide platform there will never be a shortage of tools at Schwab.
GYATT next scrum team name.
There are plenty of tools at Schwab. Even after layoffs there will be a lot of tools still on the payroll.
sounds like BAU so you can CYA but NLT reorg disruption will we get SNAFU and FUBAR so we can synergies with new verticals and dialogue around OKRs for the future
