Said the Turkey on Christmas Eve.
What a load of sie. 100 times more stable than the old days. Back then we had missiles hitting the golf course, followed by real attacks on expats, and other stuff between locals. Long way from a tinder bos now compared to then. Rest easy.
“Oriental”
Definitely written by a Saudi. Ironically your discriminatory language skills give you away.
Why would they?
Most western, Eastern European and oriental expats in Aramco have no local language skills. This is from long term first hand experience.
I think that describes that vast majority of westerners. And you sound like a large a--h---my friend.
You wrongly assume foreigners have no local language skills… You sound like my manager. Arrogant and stupid in equal measure.
You people are just kidding yourselves. A foreigner with no Arabic skills...; get real.
I have my bug out bag at the ready. Unlikely to need it but I sleep better. It contains: Cash. Medication. Passport. Key documents. A disguised we-pon (not a g-n). I always keep my car close to a full tank and have Jerry cans to to fill.
No need to be afraid, prepare for worst case, have a bag with all important documents and passports, keep cash big enough to buy expensive air tickets, at least twice of normal price. Know the route to Doha or Dubai airport, forget about Dammam or Bahrain airports because that ones will be completely collapse it. And huge amount of water in your car. Less likely will happen but is better to be prepare it.
Firearms are readily available in KSA. Best get an AK ready just in case.
If the preverbial po-p hits the fan in KSA, dont expect Biden to come to the rescue of MBS and the royal inbreds. Dont expect KSA's milatary to stand and fight either.
Was in the Middle East for over 30 years, a lot of that time in Aramco. A bug out bag was certainly a thing.
Get your exit visas done and a full tank of gas…
Are people really preparing or have prepared a home bag? Could it get that volatile that a rapid exit is necessary? Or is this just metaphor?
I can't see SA security putting up much of a resistance if this goes south. Inshallah, baby.
As many have rightly said, have a get home bag ready.
If this spreads only a matter of time before white expats get targeted. Grow a beard, get a tan and start wearing a thobe.
Never would have thought that it is good to be retired.
Especially with these two tossers talking to each other

I wouldn't put much faith in your US State Department; consulate and embassy that is.
Best hunker down in place and wait for the white hats to arrive.
The tensions may not have its it's nadir as yet in the soap opera. Like you always knew before this, have your go bags ready and contacts of your country's embassy at hand.
Invest in m-l-tov cocktails and spear g-ns?
Better leaving one day early than one day late.
Non-Muslim Westerners for sure. Others will continue to be attracted!
Any willing to come now is simply crazy!
Time to get bag ready.
Always some k-lling going on in the ME. Stay on camp.
Agree. The normalisation talks between Israel and KSA will be stalled / or worse.
