VSP announced for Executives at PW

Biggest difference is that Executives get a lump sum, regardless of years of service.

Executives are on a different scale about 10 years ago the pay scales changed. They were levels 1 ,2and 3 but that changed. So they are now above an L7 director level. The regrading made higher numbers higher in the organization and even before that the pay grades for non executives when from 36 to 51. Every decade the dictionary changes the hierarchy scale, it takes a team of VPs to cement the confusion in place

Executives are a different type of employment agreement they have a contract that must be honored. Probably a clause for early release without cause.
