If layoffs or outsourcing is going to happen, hopefully we're given options to stay or take a package. Make the announcement... like this week..

Layoffs are happening in IT, no one was offered to work for a third party company.

Isn’t the deal going to be more like “You’re not working for TIAA anymore you’re working for our new service provider. Don’t like it, quit, no severence?”
if you want to move to India or the Philippines, I’m sure they’d love to have you otherwise you ain’t getting a job
