SG 3mo AWS is prorated regardless when you leave. Question is how long this 3mo will last since the AWS program can be reduced to 1mo (or anything else) and still remain valid.

OP you are troll if based out of us. There's no bonus but rsu which has 3 and 7 year vesting schedules. So if you quit now or Jan even if you get rsu (typically around this to of the year) it would mean nothing.
@fad+1e4sQdUs - I can imagine why the worker will be angry if they only get 12 months salary, if their contract stated 15 months salary (with 3 months AWS)...yes, in some countries employees did get 13 or 14 months salary...depending on how strong the work council negotiate with the management...to all the colleagues in low cost location like BTC, KLTC and Hungary, maybe you might want to start having a strong work council that can negotiate better salary package for you :)
Well, the Singapore folks will be getting their AWS (Annual Wage Supplement) bonus of 3 extra months in December 2021 … like they have been doing so for the past 4 decades.
Their AWS was especially defended at Corp level, this time around - since the local staff there had already lost their pension schemes at the turn of this millennium.
The AWS component is actually embedded into their base salary structure, as stipulated in all past full-time employment contracts … a very smart move made by local management past, to protect their folks there from future HR “tampering”!!

Our sales colleagues also didn't have bonus based on their revenue...so there is no motivation for them to sell :p
Do you mean bonus or salary increase (which could then apply to vacation payout)?
