@ar to be clear, holiday lunch is complimentary and provided by Sodexo, the vendor who runs the Plano cafeteria.
@ay Dec 29 is week 1. Layoffs historically happen in a week 2 or 4 since those are pay weeks. Dec 8 is likely week.

@ar funny Pepsi hasn’t been permitted to have a holiday party, lunch or anything for years but people look the other way. Just like when they buy admins gifts at HQ for admin day but you’re not permitted in the field

S&T has a Town Hall on Dec 8. Doesn’t seem like people would be called into HR meetings immediately after a Town Hall. But that doesn’t line up with layoffs typically being announced on a pay week.
