We created a team, and that's all we're doing. We aren't going to do anything else, it's a colossal waste of time.

contractor here.... not allowed to play with the big team.... what exactly are you supposed to do? It looks kinda lame but I have never really known the rules.
IBM since 4-1-1993 when the G Man Lou Gerstner came in and intentionally destroyed IBM and it 3 Basic Beliefs held so dearly for decades by Watson Sr and Jr. Respect for the Individual. Excellence in Everything we do. Best customer service in the world. We did that every minute of every hour and we were the best of the best. Since then IBM has been on a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnngggggggggggggggggggg decline into IBM = I've Become Mediocre. Not really you fault. You did what the mo--ns upstairs told you to do. PS/2s. OS/2. SNA. Micro Channel. Etc etc etc. No more Open Door pgm. No more Speak Up pgm. Just show up and shut up. People like Rob Thomas now next CEO. Makes me puke. he is just so smarmy and unlikeable. The watsonx nonsense is simply so the IBM execs can do video's and interviews and watch themselves on TV etc bragging about how IBM has over 200,000 AI trained experts on AI...SMH...

I didn’t participate in any of the previous years Watsonx challenges. Managers kept barking about how mandatory it is expected to participate. I openly refused. I have a job, I do very well. No time to waste for this stupid nonsense.
