I got a whopping 1.5%.

If you haven't had your merit increase conversation, my guess would be they are waiting to replace you before you will be WFR'd. No need to have that conversation with you. In talking to other employees they have gotten their merit increase details over a month ago. Everyone else might be on the chopping block. Keep your head down, maybe put out your resumes. We small folks have no control over what leadership is doing. I have heard rumors. Is there a sale looming?

Don't worry about rating. I got 4 but the raise is 1.4% :\

So after working many 60 hour weeks last year I earned a "3.65" rating. 3 = Meets expectations. So I asked how in the world one would get a 4 or 5 and was told that a 3 = Meets Expectations for the account, a 4 any beyond would be awarded for your perfomance as it relates to the whole ORGANIZATION. Now how would I, a lowly worker bee, working tirelessly and endlessly on my account, affect positive change for the whole organization?? It is clearly set up for all the top managers to "earn" 4 and 5 ratings to get their fat increases, while us little folk get 0%-2% because we can never achieve a rating of 4 or 5.

I still don't know what my raise is if I get one because no one has told me. Great management at this dump huh?

Absolutely ridiculous. 0% for me. Went from exceeds expectations two years in a row to a 2 this year and no raise. And a PIP to go with it.

My work is just as good as it has always been. The leaders here just don’t have a clue.

The merit increases was talked about on another thread. The heads up was given there to soften the blow. It was purposely done without management even knowing. We were forced to give almost everyone a 3 rating with lots of pushback. afterwards we found out most wouldn’t get a raise since they were focusing on over achievers or those below the comp ratio. They also decreased the raise from 3% to 2%. A total set up. This is the company we all work for completely unethical. I can’t wait to find something else

When account leaders get 60 to 75% bonuses on top of their generous base salary you can only imagine what everyone above them gets. So yeah you all should be pi---d at the insulting increases for the work that you do and for not getting a piece of the profits for directly contributing to running and retaining these contracts

3% on Performance and 1% on raise. And my manager took me out for drinks and she gave me a soft handy in the back of the Uber. I'm good!

How could you not have calculated it? It isn’t even in effect yet. Not until 8/1. Someone should have communicated to you what yours was.

Even at 2% that is ridiculous. Inflation is eating away at our paychecks. Thanks for costing me money Gainwell.

I thought it was rating
5 & 4=3%
3=2%
1&2=0%
You receiving 1.5% leaves me unsure.
I was just WFRd so no % for me.
Here’s hoping things brighten for remaining Gainwell folks. Keep your chin up!
