Employment Attorney?

Anyone in NY/NJ have a good recommendation that was successful dealing with this God awful company?

@mz, your anonymous. How is sharing the name of the attorney "disparaging"?

You have an excellent sense of humor.

Unfortunately I am likely to be the only one who shares your sense of humor.

You can go to pacer.gov and search for other cases against BNY which will give you a list of law firms other employees used. It won't include any settlements that happened before filing in court, but it is a good starting point.

@mz just naming the attorneys office is not breaking any agreement.

@mz so if your attorney was so great and won as you say then why cant you name them so others in same boat can reach out?

@OP I see you didnt get much help from responses to your post. I fought them and won quickly. Never went to court or arbitration. They cave on the threat of that. Have no effective internal counsel. Talk with maybe 3 labor law firms, hire one who has BNY experience and you will make out well. That was my approach and it worked. I’ve seen some misconceived posts on here where people think they are powerful and you can’t beat them. That is simply not true. Your attorney is way better than theirs. I wish you the best. Can’t give you my specific attorney given I did sign off to not disparage them after they agreed to pay up.
