Anyone Used EdAssist

I accepted the VRP, and one of the benefits is EdAssist from Bright Horizons, which looks like financial assistance to pursue a degree. I haven't seen any comments about this so I'm interested to see if anyone has used this and how good/bad of a benefit this is. I do have a technology class I would like to take to help me upskill for the job market.

I have had a good experience with getting reimbursed for classes & certifications with EdAssist since I was impacted. Make sure to read the terms in the site on what is and what isn’t covered. Schedule an appointment with one of the coaches if you have any questions. There is a partnership, last I checked, with WGU that you can fund a 6 month term of a bachelor’s or master’s degree with the program.

@ew+1jmr2qqeb - Guild is for employees and is a 100% tuition-free towards online learning. EdAssist seems to be much different and only helps with up to $5k towards going back to school. And it seems to be only for the frontline.

@a4+1jmr2qqeb - Why on earth would I lie about it? Also, we don't get a list of people that accepted the VRP. We get a count of people and levels that were offered the VRP, but there are no names. I'm certain there are privacy rules.

If you post the actual details of the benefits people might believe you.

You might want to consider reaching out to other people on the VRP accepting list vs this “I hate Pepsi” board.
