How about cut the store hours 10-7 Monday-Saturday and Sunday 1-6. We are not busy after 7 we recover but can’t do but so much with 3 people closing. It is also not safe for your staff being the only business in the shopping center open.

Our store is like that too.
Don’t consider a job offer at Belk. This is all stores. They are the absolute worst company I’ve ever worked for. Trust me, you are better than this.
I walked out over a year ago and still find myself coming here to hear about how bad it is.
Seriously, fast food would be better if you need the money. Cause you sure won’t get it from Belk.

Don’t expect Belk to do anything logical or make any sense in retail. You already know this as stupid is as stupid does. We may be better buy Bed Bath and Beyond and declare Chapter 11 again?
