Hello, I am one of the 5000. I have to admit that I am still emotional about this, but also push myself to be more realistic. I wonder whether there is anyone else here in the same boat. How is your bonus situation, my other 4999 fellows? I have not received my 2023 bonus information even in the severance document I just received. No specific numbers there. I am thinking of hiring a lawyer now if Citi declines to pay my bonus. My performance ratings are normal.

I am one of the ~230,000 remaining and hate (hate) the place. Fortunately, the job market is still strong, so hopefully you will get something soon.
So sorry to hear you were impacted. I agree with others. It's ok to take time to process and feel your emotions. I've been through a layoff before and you can feel raw for a time. You'll find something even better than here! Hang in there.
Bonus sheets came out via system yesterday
Did you got any stocks ? when are your stocks maturing ? before layoff or they forfeited your stocks ?
You will get your bonus. Presumably you are a director or managing director level employee - crying about your bonus is a bit weird.
Hi, I am sorry to hear about this and thank you for coming back and share your experience. Please allow your emotions, whatever they are, to come out. Your health, your family, your friends - they are all more important than a job.
And get your CV polished, start searching.
Best of luck!
sorry to hear that, are you based out of NY? London?
You should get your bonus as you will still be employed by Citi when they are distributed 1/31. Even if non working status, you’re still a Citi employee while on WARN.
OP:
Thank you, @equ+1qJ9usyp
My severance is standard. 2 weeks per service year with 12 weeks minimum.
I received my bonus sheet via email Monday and my manager communicated comp last week. I heard they were still giving bonuses to anyone impacted. What was your severance?
