DS had a tiny impact earlier this year.. like 3%....and 2 execs when it split.

They were the one group that staffed up massively in the name of furthering digital at the firm.. now that's over and they are integrating back in. If anything there is a massive redundancy of management structure as they are no longer standalone.
thinking through that id imagine it takes the biggest hit at Schwab % wise. All the mds hired for the digital org should brace for impact.

@enz+1pjkSqbI But digital services already took a beating before the org change earlier this year. There is more coming?

All I can say is these weekend meetings have open and visible attendees lists. Go figure....

For others not on the mtg you can add all you mangers and infer #s and different org impact.

It's going to be a blood bath. Sorry Risk and exDigital. You all are going to take a serious 15-20% beating. Other areas seem less?

Theres a lot of high blue performers being cut as well not just the poor performers. Orgs are shrinking, management levels consolidating. Strap in.

Mostly blue this round.

Not from what I see. Blue layoffs are poor performers. Green layoffs are solid performers who didn't manage to integrate into a go-forward role. More green being let go than blue.
