Why don’t you just show up to work like the comment requires then?

They had talked about removing PTO days from work from office days tracking last year. Possibly an update on that if I had to guess.
It's amazing and gross to me that they tried to sneak that point of "hybrid model..." in the end and gave preferences to BRG and other cr-p. It's like it they don't care about employees, but we already know that they don't, so it is not surprising.

yes there is an application those cyber people can install to any computer. virtual or physical laptop. Make a friend in cybersecurity if you ever get a chance. The amount of watching that can happen is fascinating.

@emw+1qDS1pMg (“They are already tracking IPs…”)

It’s ironic that TIAA chooses to focus IT energy here when it’s needed for client technology and other things.

It’s obvious they can screen record virtual clients, but do they also record on physical laptops?

No four hour requirement was mentioned, but in CLT/NYC/Iselin, you’ll need to “check-in” to reserved desk within 30 minutes of reservation time or you will lose it.

They are already tracking IPs. If you badge in, connect to the office, and then appear over VPN it is flagged. There is screen recording technology TIAA uses, as well as thermal tracking conference room usage (which could be used to track individuals). Tons of Big Data

Rumor has it that for a swipe to count you'll need to be in the office at least 4 hours. Can only assume this means IP tracking...
