Due to Cisco no longer being a leader in Wired / Wireless, there will be an immediate trickle down effect that will result in LRs for portfolio AMs and SEs for the new FY. US Commercial will be hit hardest.

I was a long term SE that got LR’d a few years ago from USC. The separation process was nothing short of miserable and life changing, but once I recovered, it highlighted a lot of the toxicity and favoritism in USC that I simply overlooked… not to mention the gross incompetence of management that gets rewarded over and over. But you can’t “see” it until you’ve separated and been gone a while. Several years later, I see that’s gotten no better.
To those at Cisco quietly suffering, it’s not you. It’s the Cisco machine. It’s the culture that pretends to care but is quietly breaking you down from the inside. Consider your life and goals, because your number will come up eventually.
ELT plan is more woke pandering. Oh and mention how Cisco is an AI leader. But be purposely light on details.
USC LRs should start w/ the operation leadership in the heartland. Those 2 want to blame their front line leaders instead of being senior leaders. Their leadership meeting next week will be a waste of travel time and expense for us but they get to put on a show and kiss up to avp and sed who will be in town.
