Someone is purposely using AI to make this site unreadable

Probably either Ford HR or model e employees.

My guess would be the latter.

I hope you are correct. Otherwise, there are some highly morally-bankrupt employees at Ford.

IDK if "Ford leadership" reads it. However, I know LL4s to LL6s in my area read it.

"Don't flatter yourself. Ford leadership doesn't have time to waste to read your comments or mine. They are running a company and transforming it to future success". Whoever posted this, please correct your typos! I think you meant to state They are RUINING a company and TRANSFERING it to future DURESS. Thank you!

@ew+1jrbr35ht exactly man I was going to say the same thing. People are trying to create some conspiracy. Nobody looks at this site at ford except gsr level and that’s a maybe… big maybe at that and certainly not something they’d share with their work colleagues about because it is just not conventional to bring up a layoff site while in a workplace environment. They do not look at these posts.

Site traced to a company that works for Ford. Soon there will names.

What was good about this site was that we know for a fact that Ford executives read it, and we can anonymously post things we want them to read. Why would anyone other than Ford executives or Ford HR ant to mess that up?

I think it’s just English as second language and the people posting don’t speak it or write it well.

I believe the educational thought leadership is closely being ‘read’ by the local OEMs, the three, like letter(s) for them. Some discourse and build up is being used to weigh interest. Like the great philosopher once said, “it’s provocative, it gets people going”. I think the writings are from one source, I’ve been reading for months now and noticing patterns and a mutation in attempts for establishing something of sorts. I think it’s being integrated into this forum specifically as an antivirus meter / feedback loop when cybervetting is performed through here. I don’t think it’s harmful.

My thought leans more towards motive, the intents, the purpose etc. what is driving this Silverado?

What started it? When did it start?
