The Captain should always go down with the ship, when the ship is sinking.

The Captain's responsibility should be to make sure his crew is safe on the lifeboats, not throw them overboard.

It's the failure as a Captain for the ship to fall apart, not the crew...

@eih+1u0uRER6 I heard Disney+ has been relatively stable, no major layoffs since pandemic, maybe around 200 employees during pandemic. Stock price seem stable too. Try applying there.
