How many of you have received your evaluations? When are Bonuses going to be paid out?

You’ll get your letter way before then unless your manager delays giving it to you.
Manager just told me that I would receive my letter on March 13th. Why do we have to wait so long?

( (company % * .5) + (individual % * .5 ) ) * bonus target % * salary
company % - 0-200%
individuals % - 0-200%
Can somebody help explain how bonus amount is calculated and potential ranges? Is it simply company multiplier x individual performance multiplier x bonus target % x salary?

I am thinking around Marh 1st.
What is the date the "letter" will be ready to where my manager can have details to share on raise/bonus? I know we will receive the payout in March/April but do we know the date the information becomes available?
Eval received.
LTI is end of Feb.
Bonus around March 15th.
Merit increase on April 19th paycheck.
Probably March 15th.
