Meetings are efficient, management isn’t toxic, and things actually get done. I didn’t realize how bad things were until I escaped. If you’re miserable, start looking. Better workplaces exist!

You are absolutely right - the IBM company is full of "do nothing" people particularly in Consulting Management and CIO and almost all are located in India these days. Protected by Alvind and Krabanaugh of course.
Which brings me to this excellent joke with a Corporate Lesson:
A vulture was sitting on a tree, doing nothing all day (which is typical of vultures, Krabanaugh and IBM Consulting Management).
A small rabbit saw the vulture, and asked him, "Can I also sit like you and do nothing all day long?"
The vulture answered: "Sure, why not ?"
So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the vulture, and rested.
All of a sudden, a fox appeared, jumped on the rabbit and ate it.
The moral of the story is this : To be sitting around and doing nothing, you must be sitting very, very high up.
The finger pointing is so ubiquitous that almost everyone is allergic to get things done. The company is full of do nothing ppl, always waiting for the slightest opportunity to reprimand the employees that do actual work.
Actually, I don't miss the bi--h from Bengalaru who went on and on about AIOps even through she didn't know a darn thing about the technology she was talking about, and trying to sell and... no client would buy the cr-p. But she made Consulting Partner which shows you that stoopid and ineffective people can still get ahead at IBM , as long as they are Indian and pretend to be smart. (Insert joke about dim witted people opening their mouths here).
Talk about a total Eff-up from Alvind and his Pipmunks !

I miss meetings that went on and on with no purpose, projects with goals that changed every day, and, especially, my manager the yellow cu-t.
IBM is the best company to work for. I have been doing absolutely nothing for quite sometime , I get paid and promoted.

IBM, Alvind and his Pipmunks just su-k big time and it shows...who's gonna pump up the stock price this week ? It's hasn't reached the magic $300 per share yet.

and the senior di.nosaurs can't even keep up with themselves, so they lay off the junior ones whenever they can, to make themselves look Agile. Just the usual smoke and mirrors from Alvind and his Pipmunks. Thinning the herd is a global joke.
