Cisco sales people have always used any and every gartner magic quadrant that even hinted at Cisco being less than horrible.
it's not just the terrible showing that Cisco has in the magic quadrant, it's the direction of travel.

Even if Cisco will fix its product issues in Security/SASE, the brand is gone. Talk with channel partners and customers - everyone laughs if you want to talk about security from Cisco.
