Even if this was true, why do you keep advocating for people and groups that have given us nothing but failure? FAILURE. I'll say it again....FAILURE. Do we like FAILURE? Why do we keep putting up with FAILURE? Is this the new standard currency or something? You come on here and mindlessly pedge loyalty. You are a simp to the lord's of......yep you guessed it FAILURE.
Ford is focused on the investors , not on the bright minds.
I saw it was coming 3 years ago. Only id--ts cheered for it to get the investors money for Jim and Doggy to sell their shares.( XX millions_)

Well, tough luck. We Ford are now focused on # of badge swipes per week above all else.
Apparently in Farley and HRs mind, that will increase profits.
This is the core of the problem. Ford needs to get back to its roots as a car company first. Everything else is secondary.

The fact is software/data, services, experiences, and sustainable EV's is where the mobility market is going. Our pathway to get there and be the leader is via Model e and DF's leadership. We need to support this.
Why is everyone in Model e/EVDD still under the impression that you're saving the company? The failure with FNV4 cost the company billions and set us back years in innovation. Yet, you claim that DF is saving the company billions.
The reality is that America has largely rejected EVs, except for Tesla. The true heroes are the engineers developing ICE vehicles, particularly the F-series. Without the F-150, there would be no Ford. No experimental, money-losing startups. Model e needs to learn some humility. Right now, you are losing money, not making it. Show respect where it's deserved.

Not happening. Ford leadership and the Board of Directors are all behind the concept of the internal start-up of Model e and they realize it is key to Ford's future success and growth.
Plus DF protects his organization since is known that you increase resources in areas where it is needed, not decrease them.
