@jq I am in a group of 6 people, and it’s pretty bloody obvious based on how well i know my team members and the 16.6% resolution of the results.

Unless you have a wildly incompetent manager who doesn’t have his finger on the pulse of the team or a huge team the results should be pretty transparent who said what.

@e6 I haven’t completed it for the last 2 years since they started sense meeting and 1:1’s with VPs to ask you why you answered the way you did. Anonymous my a$$

I have been with the organization for nearly ten years and have completed this survey on multiple occasions in the past. However, I have decided that I will not be participating this time, as I believe doing so could only result in negative consequences for me and positive outcomes for individuals who have not earned them.

I don’t take the survey. Based on how important it seems to The Man to take the survey I think it is most powerful to just not take it at all.

@j7 they can use this same data to determine individual responses depending on the make up of their team. So either way you potentially can be targeted by a bad manager

@j7 they can only break down and see categories if there are more than 5 people in a subgroup. This strengthens the argument to skip it honestly.

There was a time that managemnt cared about OHS. if you were a manager that had a score elow 80% somewhere you had to put up correcitve plans ASAP and track them . now they spend all their time explainign why absymally low scores dont mean anything

@e6 Management has the ability to filter by demographics, so they could potentially find out who did not fill out the OHS scores and get you on their bad side

Too many bosses, zero clue who I'm supposed to impress now. Survey? Declined as a public service.

Why would I complete this joke of a survey? Leadership in my function is vile and totally lacking integrity or ethics. This last year has destroyed any hope I had and I struggle to make through every day at this hellhole company. The leadership treats us all like trash and the puts on fake smiles and sends out emails with blatant lies. It is so disgusting to be in the presence of such vile people. It is sickening how much work has been dumped on me after they RIFed my colleagues.

Don’t bother taking it, it sends a stronger message when you stop engaging all together.

What happens if you don’t fill it out. Can anyone say if good affects senior leaderships bonus?

OHS is forever - resistance is futile. It’s a grand distraction to seek accountability….but never find it.
