Tracking time

As name suggests time in office is now apart of performance.

<8h a day will put you on list and <1h few times will get you even worse.

Ask me how found out lol

Managers are not being trained on number of hours, they’re not even getting first to know type information. In the dark!

Those that are consistently putting less than 8 hours in the office will be impacted during this YE process. Their days are numbered.

@e1
Managers can't even see the number of hours our directs are in the office, only of they showed up.

I have several directs that are in office less than 8 hours a day (but working 8 hours a day) and HR has never reached out.

Connect Week has always been part of performance (basically it is Associate follows policy goal that we all have, whether in work day or not). Yes, managers are being trained to look at # of hours their associates are in the office. Yes, HR is coming down hard on people that create “trends” of not being in the office. No, managers do not have as much discretion as they had in the past. Managers have not been given a magic number for hours in office, but many are going to be using 8 hours in office as a “work day” because they don’t want to be on the HR list… HR is intentionally not telling people the details of the rules because they want to seem reasonable without opening the door for loop holes to be exploited.

Wouldn’t it be 7 and a half, because of paid breaks?

I’ve personally never stayed longer than 6 hours and I’ve been working there almost 6 years. In my previous role, I never stayed longer than 4. I’ve never ended up on a report but I have no doubt they are continuously moving the goal post.
